Manufacturing Capabilities & Technical Assets

Our Factory Scale & Team

At guangdong Shiyan Technology , we are not just a supplier; we are a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer of premium surface treatment and grinding materials. Located in the smart manufacturing hub of Dalingshan, Dongguan, our modern 5,000 square meter facility houses state-of-the-art production lines and an advanced quality control laboratory.

Our unique technical strength lies in our complete industrial chain, running 4 advanced zirconium-titanium production lines:

  • Raw Material Importation & Processing: We directly import premium zircon ore for deep processing.
  • Chemical Synthesis: We manufacture surface treatment precursors including Zirconium Oxychloride, Zirconium Carbonate, and Zirconium Sulfate.
  • Hydrothermal Synthesis: We utilize cutting-edge hydrothermal synthesis to produce ultra-pure nano-zirconia and titanium oxide powder.
  • Advanced Titration Process: We are one of the few global manufacturers capable of scale-producing zirconia micro-beads using the precision Titration Molding Process, which ensures a perfect spherical roundness and narrow size distribution (from 0.008mm to 0.15mm).

Quality Control & Global Standards

Our on-site testing laboratory is equipped with international-grade diagnostic tools, including the OMEC Laser Particle Size Analyzer, high-magnification microscopes, and automated tap sieve testers. Shiyan Technology operates strictly under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and all our products strictly comply with international standards:

  • GB (Chinese National Standard)
  • FEPA (Federation of European Abrasive Producers)
  • JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard)
  • AFS (American Foundry Society)
